TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Booking / Reservation
Booking any trip or tour with Wonders of Armenia is too simple. All you need to do is contact us by click on the Get in Touch section on our website and we will get in touch with you to discuss your preferences and tailor your itinerary to your interests.
To confirm the reservation of any of our services, you must make an initial payment of 30% of the total price of the requested service 21 days prior to the arrival.
By completing this booking form and signing your acceptance, you agree that you accept all Terms and Conditions herein and that this is a directive to perform services on your behalf.
2. Payment
Your booking total payment must be received by us not less than 2 weeks (14 days) before departure date. The amount shall be transferred to the Tour Operator Bank Account. If we don’t receive the tour deposit and total payment by the due dates, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
3. Cancelation
Free cancellation is possible before 21 days prior to rendering of the service. In case of cancelation:

21 days prior to rendering of services – Free of charge

14 days prior to rendering of services – 30% of total price non-refundable

7 days prior to rendering of services – 70% of total price non-refundable
-
3 days prior to rendering of services – 100 % of total price non-refundable
